Meet Chloe Hi, I’m Chloe, the owner of Glam Nailz by Chloe. I've been a licensed nail professional for over 22 years, helping women feel confident through beautifully crafted nails that are customized to fit their style, personality, and lifestyle. What started as a passion for creativity has grown into a career that has taken me around the world for advanced nail education and training. Throughout my career, I've trained in the United States, Japan, and Italy, earned multiple international certifications, and educated hundreds of nail technicians on advanced nail art techniques. While I love teaching, my first love will always be working directly with clients and creating nail sets that make them feel amazing. At Glam Nailz by Chloe, you'll find a private, appointment-only salon experience designed for clients who appreciate quality, attention to detail, and personalized service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Glam Nailz by Chloe, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited and services are performed by appointment only, I ask that all clients respect the scheduling policies below. Appointment Deposits A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may receive a refund of the deposit or have the deposit transferred to a future appointment. - Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. - Deposits for late cancellations are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cancellation fee. No-Shows - Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. - New clients who fail to attend their first scheduled appointment without proper notice will be permanently restricted from booking future appointments with Glam Nailz by Chloe. - Existing clients who repeatedly no-show or cancel at the last minute may lose future booking privileges at the discretion of management. Why This Policy Exists As an independent nail artist, each appointment time is reserved specifically for one client. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking those time slots and directly impact the business. These policies help protect appointment availability and ensure fairness for all clients. Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. By booking an appointment with Glam Nailz by Chloe, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
